CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT

1. Announcements, advertisements, price lists and other information about the Products provided on the website of K-4YOU store, in particular their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

2. The Product price shown on K-4YOU website is given in Euro (EUR) and includes VAT and customs duties. The prices, however, do not include any delivery and payment costs, which are indicated before or during the ordering process.

3. The Product price shown on K-4YOU website is binding upon the time of placing the Order by the Customer. This price shall not change regardless of the price changes in K-4YOU store, which may occur for individual Products after the Customer has placed an Order.

CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT

1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement, it is necessary for the Customer to place an Order.

2. Upon placing an Order, the Seller confirms the receipt of the Order, which binds the Customer with the Order. Confirmation of receipt of the Order is provided by sending a relevant e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail address provided when placing the Order, which contains at least confirmation of all essential elements of the Order and the Seller’s notice of placing the Order.

PAYMENT METHODS

3. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account provided together with the Order confirmation. When making payment, please enter your order number.

COST, TIME AND METHODS OF DELIVERY

1. Transport

Does the transport include furniture carry?

The furniture delivery service does not include furniture carry except for the Product offer which includes other information.

How do I know when the furniture arrives?

1 Pallet shipping – in the case of pallet shipping, you shall be notified by phone and e-mail about the pallet shipping along with the consignment note number so that you can quickly check where your delivery is. Courier deliveries are usually from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Upon receipt, in the presence of the courier, please check that the shipment is not damaged.

2 Personal pickup – the places and times of pickups are indicated when placing the Order via the Order Form and on the Product page of K-4YOU store. At a request, we release Products from the warehouse to couriers indicated by a Purchaser.

3. Delivery – Products delivery is available on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

4. Cost of delivery – possible delivery costs are indicated when placing the Order. They depend on the delivery method chosen, payment and order size. Delivery costs are also indicated on the Product page of K-4YOU store.

5. Delivery date – the delivery date of the Product to the Customer is given in the Product description or when placing the Order.
